The fee includes hosting, the domain (registered in your name, including renewal), security certificate and one small change a month (prices, photos, opening hours or text). Extra changes: €25. Your website in another language (English or German): €60 per language. In the online shop, the payment provider charges its own fee per sale. Prices exclude IGIC (the Canary Islands tax): 7% is added in the Canaries; outside the Canaries, no tax.

Do I need to know about technology?
No. You tell us how you work and send us your photos and prices; we set everything up and show you the little you need (for example, how to see your bookings).
What is the free demo?
A sample website made with your name, services and style, so you can see how it would look before deciding anything. It doesn't commit you to anything.
Do you take the photos?
No, you send us the photos. Phone photos are fine, and if you already have good ones on Instagram or Google we can use those. We pick the best and prepare them so they look good and load fast. Don't have any yet? We start without them and add them when you do.
How long does it take?
About 15 days from when you send us your photos, text and prices. Custom solutions depend on the work involved: we tell you before we start.
What if I want to change something later?
The fee includes one small change a month: a price, a photo, the opening hours… If you need something bigger, we give you a price first.
Are the domain and website mine?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, and we register and renew it as part of the fee. If you ever stop working with us, we give you the code to transfer the domain and hand over your website and data; from its next renewal, you pay for the domain.
Is there a minimum term?
No. You can cancel whenever you like. If you prefer to pay for the year in one go, it's 12 months for the price of 10.
Can my website be in other languages?
Yes, in English and German, for €60 per language (one-off). If you have tourist customers, they find you and understand you in their own language.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes: we renew it keeping your domain, or add what it's missing (booking or an online shop).
